Members area - Members can make use of the internal email system, the 'peat blog' [blog/online diary], browse profiles and find old friends.
Forum - Only members can post topics and replies, with all information available to general users.
Photo gallery - All images are uploaded by members and are categorised by island. Members can add comments and ratings to any of the gallery pics.
Chatroom - A flash chat engine, where registered users can discuss freely in real time.
Business directory - A free service allowing anyone to add their business. Full keyword search and postcode are linked into multimap.
The Peat Blog - An online diary/blog for those that want to share their Uist experiences.
Accommodation - A fully database driven search with dynamic photo gallery for hotels, inns, caravan sites, bed and breakfasts, hostels and holiday homes covering all of the Western Isles.
Wildlife - A brief overview of some of the main species.
