Discussion: My 3rd great-grandparents Donald MacLeod and Flora MacPherson were born in South Uist around 1796. My 2nd great-grandfather Ranald MacLeod was born about 1835. The family is listed in the 1841 Scotland census living in Aird, South Uist. By the 1851 census they were in Middlesex, Ontario, Canada. I’d be very happy to find out more information about them ... thank you! ????
