Hi Jessie,

My DNA information is on Family Tree DNA. Not sure if you can see my family tree here or not, but it is also on Ancestry.com.

If you search by my name on FTDNA you, I think you can find my DNA results as they are not private. You can also email me at rmacintyre@samuelmerritt.edu. Don't have much more information on my Currie's beyond my first post except that my grandfather, Archibald MacIntyre was supposedly named after his father's favorite cousin. His father was Charles, s/o John MacIntyre and Mary Currie in my first post so likely a nephew of Mary Currie. They settled in Williams Township, Ontario about 1848.

Richard, do you have more information on your Curries or have your DNA tested? I'm trying to find connections to figure out my Alexander Currie from South Uist who settled in East Bay, NS.

Hi Jackie. I'm interested in Marion's family. My GG grandparents are John MacIntyre and Mary Currie (d/o Ranald s/o Lachlann Currie) and married 1846 in South Uist. Emigrated to Canada 1848.
