Discussion: My sister tells me that people in the Uists are having and I was wondering if I could help. I currently sell the best of German and Swiss equipment on the mainland at very affordable prices. Our Installations Manager says he is definitely up for a few 'working holidays' in the Uists (he would rather be on a roof in a hoolie than at a desk in front of a computer). Also, I was saddened to hear of the MoD refusal of permission for the big wind turbines. I have an idea for wind generation on a large scale that could overcome the MoDs objections. I would love to hear from any design engineers/inventors from the islands. Where there's a will there's a way |
