Hi Norman,

Glad to see you’re back with another query but not quite sure what you’re looking for. Reading your post it appears you probably wanted to trace the parents of Marion/Mary MacIntyre?
If that’s the case, it would appear that Mary/Marion died c1853 which is 2 yrs short of statutory B, M & D’s in Scotland, i.e. you will not be able to obtain a death cert. which would have given her parents names, had the informant known those details.
However, I can give you some details on the family which may be of interest but not sure what you already have?

Neil Campbell (son of John) c1791 – 1876 = Mary MacIntyre c1790 – c1853
Neil appears to have died Boisdale Registration District, probably Kilpheder.

Issue:

1. Roderick c1820 – 28 Jan 1864 = Margaret MacDonald c1816 – 1891 married 22 Jan 1846 she was the dau of John MacDonald & Kirsty Morrison

I noted Roderick is not on your list but I have a copy of his death cert.

Roderick Campbell = Margaret MacDonald

Issue:
Marion 19 Mar 1846 Kilpheder - bap. 29 Mar 1846
Neil 16 Dec 1848 Lochboisdale - bap. 31 Dec 1848
John 05 Feb 1852 L/boisdale – bap. 05 Feb 1852
Janet 30 Jul 1854 L/Boisdale – bap 15 Aug 1854
James c1857

(Margaret MacDonald was a sister of Dougal(d), 1st husband of my gg grandmother who was a widow prior to marrying my gg grandfather)!
Dougal(d) is not related to me although his children are half siblings to my g grandfather i.e. his children are my half relations.

2. Archibald c1823 Eriskay Bay – bap. 03 Aug 1823 = Catherine Cameron c1823 married 01 Aug 1847 she was the dau of Donald Cameron & ? (Looking at 1841 census Upper Bornish, Howmore her mother may be Euphemia) yet
strangely, none of her kids are named Euphemia, i.e. only her death cert. would confirm that.

Archibald Campbell 1823 – 1887 = Catherine Cameron c1823 – c1893

Issue:
Marion, Donald, Mary, Angus, Ann, Neil, Elizabeth
(Can give you more on them if needed when I have time)?

3. Angus c1825 Eriskay Bay, bap. 04 Nov 1825
Have nothing on him after 1841 census.

Regards,

Anne Marie.
