All bed linen, towels, electricity and oil central heating are included in the weekly rate.
There is a fully fenced large garden area with ample private parking, garden seating and a drying green.
This property is within close walking proximity to the local hotel, beautiful white sandy beach, community school which has a swimming pool, fitness suite, sauna, library with wi-fi and cafe. 5 minutes drive away is the local airport, bank, hospital, Post Office, shops, Chinese takeaway and restaurant.
This is a No Smoking property. Well behaved dogs are allowed but must be kept downstairs in the public rooms only.
Weekly lets are from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
