Description 

This well equipped self catering chalet is situated on the shore of Loch Eynort on the East coast of South Uist, offering excellent views of Loch Eynort and the surrounding hillsides. It is a renowned area for spotting all kinds of wildlife, including otters, seals, sea eagles and other birdlife.

This modern self catering accommodation comprises of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. It is centrally heated throughout and double glazed making a warm, cosy, light and airy space. There is a double bedroom, a twin room and also a bed settee in the living room, so the chalet can accommodate up to six people.
Good quality bedding and luxurious towels are provided. A flat screen TV and Broadband connection are also available.

A short drive of no more than four miles away is the Askernish Golf Course, designed by Old Tom Morris, now fully restored, it is become one of the finest links courses in Scotland giving any keen golfer a challenge! The course lies along the South Uist Machair and those who would prefer a walk can stroll the sands or wander amongst the wildflowers and hear the seals singing from a small island out in the sea.
Fly fishing, hill walking and gentle strolls are all within easy reach by foot or a short drive away. South Uist has the best to offer for a relaxing, peaceful holiday or for more adventurous explorations!

South Uist provides many places to eat out within easy reach. The Borrodale hotel is just 4 miles away. Loch Boisdale, the ‘capital’ of South Uist serves visitors and locals with shops, petrol, café (Cake!) and a hotel. Or perhaps you might prefer to enjoy a day out on Eriskay where the famous film Whisky Galore was portrayed!
