Bedroom 1 (King size bed) is located on the ground floor with built in wardrobes and a patio door leading to the loch side garden.

Bedroom 3 (King size bed) On minstrels' gallery with open views to the lounge and loch.
All bed linen is from The White Company with duck/goose down duvets and pillows.
Wet Room styled bathroom on ground floor, finished to a high standard with mosaic tiles from floor to ceiling.
Kitchen - Hand built oak units with granite tops and a centre isle. Integrated dishwasher and fridge; Smeg 6 burner range cooker, microwave, coffee maker and bread maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook. The Langass Lodge is 8 minutes away serving fresh fish and hand dived scallops along with local beef, lamb and venison (subject to availability) for those who wish to eat out.
